ZANZIS® offers a Store location franchise to qualified applicants that meet current criteria to build and successfully operate a ZANZIS® store in an approved market.
There are no up-front charges or fees for a ZANZIS® franchise. The franchise is granted with the execution of a ZANZIS®Franchise Agreement between the Franchisee and ZANZIS Licensing, Inc. We are not interested in selling franchises, equipment, or fee-based services. Our interest is solely in opening new ZANZIS® Stores with strong Store operators that demonstrate the willingness and ability to develop and lead a team that engages the customer with a focus on the customer experience and operational sales growth.
To obtain a ZANZIS®Store franchise you must successfully complete our current training program and demonstrate the willingness and ability to operate a ZANZIS® Store in accordance with ZANZIS® and all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances.

Operating Partners
ZANZIS currently offers Operating Partnerships to qualified individuals. Qualifications include having successfully managed a store for at least one year. An Operating Partner’s interest in his or her ZANZIS® store may not exceed 49%, and may not be sold or otherwise transferred or assigned. The Operating Partner’s minority store interest is personal to the Operating Partner. Controlling interest in the entity that owns and operates the ZANZIS® Store is transferred to the Operating Partner at such time the store is franchised by the Operating Partner.
The Operating Partner is responsible and compensated for operating the store and complying with all then current ZANZIS® standards, operating policies and procedures and all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances.
The design and intent of the ZANZIS® Operating Partner Program is a business model intended to share in market entry cost and business risks (relative to interest level) inherent in opening and operating a new business. The program is designed to help qualified persons open their first ZANZIS® Store by directly participating in the site development, construction, and opening a new ZANZIS® Store. The ZANZIS® Operating Partner Program is not a program for –or in any way about investment, investing, or buying and selling interest in a ZANZIS® Store.
The sole intent of the ZANZIS®Operating Partner Program is to open new ZANZIS® Stores with an Operating Partner that is focused on the customer, Team Member, and dedicated to the success of the Store.
